Read_Products. This encompasses both products and collections. We require these permissions to synchronize product and collection data between your Shopify store and our app. This synchronization is essential for the effective functioning of our filtering and search features.

Read_Orders. This permission from Shopify encompasses complete details of placed orders (*). We require this permission to facilitate the Analytics feature, which calculates Order Revenue generated through our app.

(*) Customer personal information in orders is opted out during our webhook processing process. No store customers' personal data are stored in our app.

Read_Content. We need this permission to sync and index the content (pages, blogs) for searching feature.

Read_Themes, Write_Themes. This permission grants us access to read your store's theme information, which is essential for automating the theme setup process.

Read_Script_Tags, Write_Script_Tags. This permission allows us to insert filter script to your theme for filtering and searching features.

Additionally, we collect the following type(s) of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App: Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, limited to your email address (encrypted database); Information about individuals who visit your store, such as web browser details, and time zone, date/time stamps on the particular device.

We gather personal information directly from the relevant individual, via your Shopify account, or by employing the following technologies:

"Log files" monitor actions taking place on the Site, collecting data such as your web browser details, time zone, and date/time stamps associated with your specific device.

No IP address is stored in our app databases.

We utilize the personal information collected from you and your customers to deliver our Service and operate the App. Beyond these primary uses, this personal information is also employed to: facilitate communication with you; optimize and enhance the App; and furnish you with information or advertising pertinent to our products or services.

We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other third parties or companies (other than to specific Shopify merchants you are interacting with, or to third-party apps or service providers being used by the merchants you are interacting with) for the marketing of their own products or services.Still, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

If you are a resident of Europe, you possess the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to request that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Furthermore, if you are a European resident, please note that we process your information in order to fulfill any contracts we may have with you (for instance, if you place an order through the Site), or to pursue our legitimate business interests as outlined above. It's important to note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Ukraine and the United States. We obtain store data information from the Shopify platform via the Shopify API and Shopify Hooks.

Our data retention practices are as follows: For the store owner, data is stored in our app databases for as long as the store owner continues using the app. When the store owner uninstalls the app, the corresponding data is deleted.

For order hooks, all personal data is immediately deleted as soon as the app receives the order hooks. We do not retain any personal data related to this type of information. For application logs, data is collected for the purposes of application analysis, monitoring, and security. This data is retained for a period of three months.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
